Description (eng)
This bachelor thesis shows important factors for a successful reflection in internship institutions. General aspects, requirements for internship supervisors and students, the organization's framework conditions, and the design of the final reflection are discussed. The results show that all actors involved can contribute to a successful reflection. The combination of individual and planned reflection discussions and the available time and space resources of the practice supervisors and institutions seem to be particularly important. In terms of methodology, existing data from the previous project phase, guided interviews, and document analysis were used. The evaluation was carried out using structure-guided text analysis.
