Die Primärversorgung dient als erste Anlaufstelle bei gesundheitlichen Beschwerden, wobei Patient*innen von einem multiprofessionellen Team betreut werden. Die berufsgruppenübergreifende Dokumentation spielt als gemeinsame Informationsbasis eine bedeutende Rolle im Ordinationsalltag. Diese Arbeit geht der Frage, worin der Mehrwert der multiprofessionellen Dokumentation für die Soziale Arbeit liegt, nach. Die Daten wurden mittels Leitfadeninterviews sowie einer Gruppendiskussion erhoben und mit Hilfe des offenen Kodierens ausgewertet. Hieraus ergibt sich, dass Sozialarbeiter*innen einen ganzheitlichen Blick auf die Lebenssituationen der Patient*innen erhalten, welche folglich individueller betreut werden können. Zudem kann die Zusammenarbeit verbessert werden und die Legitimation und Anerkennung der Sozialen Arbeit innerhalb des multiprofessionellen Teams wächst.

Primary Health Care is the first level of the health care system, where people are treated by a multi-professional team. Their shared documentation system enables a common body of information and therefore plays an important role for everyday working life. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to find out how multi-professional documentation benefits the social workers’ practice. The data was collected through interviews as well as a group discussion and evaluated using open coding. The evaluation of this data has shown that social workers get a holistic view on the patient’s life situation which leads to a better individual care. Furthermore, the data displays that teamwork can be improved and the legitimation and appreciation of social work within the multi-professional team increase.
