Eine Analyse anhand des iLabs 2019 mithilfe von Ansätzen der soziologischen Rollentheorie

Der Fokus dieser Bachelorarbeit ist das Lehr- und Lernformat „iLab“ der FH St. Pölten. Basierend auf der soziologischen Rollentheorie wird die Rolle der Sozialarbeit in interdisziplinären Teams beschrieben. Die Daten wurden mittels Leitfadeninterviews erhoben und durch die Systemanalyse ausgewertet. Mit der Rolle „Sozialarbeiter*in“ sind spezifische Erwartungen an Werte, Eigenschaften, Fähigkeiten und Kenntnisse verbunden. Auch Rollenkonflikte wurden wahrgenommen. Praktische Konsequenzen durch die Einbindung von Sozialarbeitsstudent*innen zeigen sich in team- und projektbezogenem Verhalten. Positive Aspekte zeigten sich in der Kommunikationsstruktur der Teams. In das Projekt wurden Mehrperspektivität, Vernetzung, Beziehungs- und Zielgruppenarbeit sowie Fachwissen eingebracht. Die Sozialarbeit könnte auch im Gesamtprozess des iLabs eine Rolle spielen.

The focus of this bachelor thesis is the teaching and learning format „iLab“ at the UAS St. Pölten. The role of social work in interdisciplinary teams is described based on the sociological role theory. Data were collected by the means of guided intervies and analyzed using the method of system analysis. The description of the role „social worker“ is bound to specific expectations in terms of values, characteristics, skills and knoweledge, also role conflicts were seen. The practical consequences of including social work students into the teams are described by team- and project-related behaviour. Positive aspects were seen in the communication structure and cooperation in the team. The social work students brought more perspectives, networking, relationship and target group work as well as expertise into the projects. Social work could also have a role in the general iLab process.
