Eine Auseinandersetzung mit dem Projekt Integrierte Versorgung Demenz OÖ

Die vorliegende Bachelorarbeit erforscht das Konzept der „Integrierten Versorgung Demenz OÖ“ mit dem Schwerpunkt auf die Informations- und Beratungsangebote für an Demenz erkrankte Personen und deren Angehörige. Durch leitfadengestützte ExpertInneninterviews mit KooperationspartnerInnen und DemenzberaterInnen wurden mit Hilfe der qualitativen Inhaltsanalyse Informationen und Wahrnehmungen zum Projekt erfasst und strukturiert. Die Ergebnisse zeigen auf, dass die konzeptuelle Idee eine flächendeckende Versorgungsstruktur mit Demenzberatungsstellen und Alten- und Pflegeheimen in OÖ vorsieht. Die Handlungsmöglichkeiten der Sozialen Arbeit beziehen sich auf die Funktion der DemenzberaterInnen, welche sowohl Beratungs- als auch Managementaufgaben übernehmen.

This bachelor thesis explores the concept of the “integrated care for dementia in Upper Austria” with a focus on information and counselling offers for people with dementia and their relatives. On the basis of guided expert interviews with cooperation partners’ and dementia counsellors’ information and perceptions about the project were collected and structured by using the qualitative content analysis. The results show that the conceptual idea in Upper Austria includes a comprehensive structure of supply with dementia-counselling-centres and residential care homes for the elderly. The possible actions for the social work are in the role of dementia counsellors’, who assume counselling and management tasks.
