Mobilitätsarmut von Adressat_innengruppen der Sozialen Arbeit: Probleme und Lösungsstrategien

Die vorliegende Masterthesis setzt sich mit aktuellen Problemen und innovativen Lösungsansätzen zu inklusiver Mobilität auseinander. Im Fokus der Forschung stehen Erhebungen zur Betroffenheit von Mobilitätsarmut selektierter Adressat_innengruppen Sozialer Arbeit: Alleinerziehende, alte Menschen, Erwerbsarbeitslose, Geflüchtete und Jugendliche. Zudem wird in diesem Zusammenhang der Einfluss zuvor ausgewählter Best-Practice-Modelle, die zur Verbesserung von Mobilität beitragen wollen, auf inklusive Mobilität diskutiert. Die Datengewinnung erfolgte mittels Durchführung von Fokusgruppen nach Beninghaus und Beninghaus mit Adressat_innen und Expert_innen mit Hilfe teilstrukturierter Leitfäden. Die Ergebnisse der Fokusgruppen wurden entlang einer strukturgeleiteten Textanalyse nach Auer/Schmid ausgewertet. Eine Überprüfung der Erkenntnisse fand nach der Methode der Kommunikativen Validierung angelehnt an Mayring und Lamnek statt. Das Ziel der Forschung ist es, ein umfassendes Bild der Mobilitätssituation der ausgewählten Adressat_innengruppen, sowie die Chancen und Grenzen der Best-Practice-Modelle aufzuzeigen und den Beitrag Sozialer Arbeit zu inklusiver Mobilität darzulegen.

This Master thesis explores current challenges and innovative approaches for solving problems regarding inclusive mobility. The research focuses on inquiries of mobility deficits of selected addressees of social work: single parents, old people, unemployed persons, refugees and adolescent persons. Furthermore the contribution of chosen best-practice models, which try to promote the improvement of mobility, to inclusive mobility is discussed. Data collection was achieved by performing discussions with focus groups (in regard to Beninghaus and Beninghaus) including addressees and experts utilizing semi-structured interview guides. For an analyzation of the data the qualitative content analysis stated by Auer/Schmid was applied. An examination of the findings, using the method of communicative validation according to Mayring and Lamnek, was conducted. The aim of the research is to provide a conclusive view of the mobility situation of the presented addressees, as well as showing possibilities and restrictions of the best-practice models and to demonstrate the contribution of social work to inclusive mobility.
